Win! Tickets to see New English Ballet Theatre

Following its highly successful West End debut season and gala at the Royal Opera House, New English Ballet Theatre returns with five world premieres from world-class choreographers, presenting a new generation of creative talent.

 

New English Ballet Theatre’s season at the Peacock runs from July 2 to 5. For a chance to win a pair of tickets to see NEBT at the Peacock Theatre, email the answer to the following question, with your name and address, to competitions@dancing-times.co.uk by June 18: Which English dancer, currently patron of NEBT, is also a judge on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing? The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries. Winner receives a pair of tickets to see New English Ballet Theatre at the Peacock Theatre for any available performance from July 3-5. Tickets to be collected at the box office with no cash alternative. Tickets are subject to availability and cannot be resold or transferred to another performance.

Jonathan Gray is editor of Dancing Times. He studied at The Royal Ballet School, Leicester Polytechnic, and Wimbledon School of Art where he graduated with a BA Hons in Theatre Design. For 16 years he was a member of the curatorial department of the Theatre Museum, London, assisting on a number of dance-related exhibitions, and helping with the recreation of original designs for a number of The Royal Ballet’s productions including Danses concertantes, Daphnis and Chloë, and The Sleeping Beauty. He has also contributed to the Financial Times, written programme articles for The Royal Ballet and Birmingham Royal Ballet, and is co-author of the book Unleashing Britain: Theatre gets real 1955-64, published in 2005.
