The Manchester OM Yoga Show, held at Manchester Central from May 10 to 11, is a perfect introduction to yoga.
The event includes over 40 free yoga sessions, plus more than 100 exhibitors showcasing different forms of yoga, Pilates and complementary therapies, accessories and more. Workshops include Ballet Yoga, while there’s also a special Yoga Disco event with live DJ, lighting and free dance as well as vinyasa yoga sequences.
Visitors to the OM Yoga Show can also visit the Mind Body Soul Experience, a complementary health and spiritual awareness event with activities including Zumba, t’ai chi, Bollywood dancing, belly dance and salsa.
