The Merchants of Bollywood returns to the West End’s Peacock Theatre from January 28 to February 15, 2014, featuring new choreography and high-energy Bollywood hits.
With a cast of over 40 talented performers, The Merchants of Bollywood charts the history of the world’s largest film industry and the dynasty of the stars that have lit its way. Written and directed by Toby Gough, and produced by Mark Brady, the show draws inspiration from the Merchant family, who for generations have been Bollywood’s leading figures in film-making, music and choreography.
The show includes music by award-winning duo Salim and Sulaiman Merchant and dance scenes choreographed by one of Bollywood’s top young choreographers, Vaibhavi Merchant.
Already seen by over two million people in more than 1,000 performances worldwide, this show plays homage to the world of Bollywood cinema. Book online at www.sadlerswells.com or call 0844 412 4322. There will be free post-show Bollywood classes for ticket holders on Tuesdays (except January 28).
