Nominations for the 13th National Dance Awards were announced today, at a reception held at The Place. The awards are for dance performances given between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012, and are chosen by the dance section of the Critics’ Circle.
The Society of London Theatres has announced the nominations for the 2012 Laurence Olivier Awards.
Sadler’s Wells has announced its autumn season for 2011. The programme is dominated by a new Out of Asia strand, with artists and themes from China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Japan and Taiwan. There are also new works from Clod Ensemble (pictured, photograph by Manuel Vason), Fabulous Beast, Rambert Dance Company, Wayne McGregor and ZooNation.
