Natalia Osipova, the Russian-born principal dancer with The Royal Ballet, is to appear in a triple bill of specially created contemporary works at Sadler’s Wells next summer. The announcement was made at Sadler’s Wells’ annual press conference, where the theatre also revealed its plans for the first half of 2016.

Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch has commissioned three new works for its 2015–16 season. It has also announced plans for a new home, the Pina Bausch Centre, in the heart of the German city of Wuppertal. These are new steps for the company, whose founder choreographer Pina Bausch died in 2009.

The Paris Opéra Ballet has announced its programme for the 2014–15 season, with a repertory ranging from hip hop and Wayne McGregor to Manon and Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker.
