Camilla Dallerup, former professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, is to become patron of the Wheelchair Dance Sport Association (UK) (WDSA (UK)), a charity and governing body for wheelchair dance and wheelchair dancesport in the UK.

Royal Academy of Dance pays tribute to Frank Freeman with a new scholarship fund

On November 11, the Royal Academy of Dance is holding a “Celebrating Dance 2012” day for dance students in order to raise funds for the newly launched Frank Freeman Scholarship fund.

National Dance Awards

The twelfth Critics’ Circle National Dance Awards took place today at The Place, in the Robin Howard Dance Theatre. Members of the dance section of the Critics’ Circle vote for the awards, on performances given in the UK between September 1, 2010 and August 31, 2011.
