Week 8 The only good thing about Strictly‘s disaaaahstrous Wembley Week is that the following show, bathed in the rosy light of Television Centre, automatically becomes one of the best of the series. We can hear human speech! The mob is not roaring outside the gates! No one feels the need to feign the gift […]
Week 7 Ah, Strictly’s Wembley Week – a party to which the TV viewers are not invited. “It’s a brilliant atmosphere here!” people howled at us with increasing levels of desperation (and from the bottom of a lake in 1964 if the sound was anything to go by). In order to reassure us that this was […]
Week 6 This week’s Strictly was a test run. We all know Brucie won’t be around forever, and can there be a show without him? I hate to wish a sudden career end on anyone, but the answer is a resounding YES. And why? Because of the quick-witted, adlibbing, gently caustic, genuinely warm presenting goddess […]
Week 5 Phew! After last week’s horror fest – in execution more than premise – Strictly got back on track with a theme-free weekend, bar the occasional grating fireworks gag (mainly bleated out by Tess during links. Has Bruce rubbed off on her, or can they not even trust him with the puns these days?). […]

Russell Grant will be joining his favourite dance partner, Flavia “Flav” Cacace, and Vincent Simone on the stage during the West End run of Midnight Tango at the Phoenix Theatre next year.

Midnight Tango, Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace’s hit show, is having an annus mirabilis. Following a sell-out tour and the recent announcement that the show will be moving to the West End’s Aldwych Theatre from January 20 – March 31, 2012, the latest development is that Midnight Tango will be broadcast live from the Bristol […]
Following a successful UK tour, Midnight Tango will transfer to London’s West End in 2012. Choreographed by “Strictly Come Dancing” stars Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace, Midnight Tango will be at the Aldwych Theatre from January 20–March 31, 2012.
The countdown to “Strictly” has begun, with the announcement of the professional dancers for this year’s series.
“Strictly” stars Vincent and Flavia will create and star in a new stage show, Midnight Tango. Presented by Arlene Phillips and Adam Spiegel, the show will make a 13-week tour of the UK from April 2011.
If you thought “Strictly Come Dancing” returning to the small screen on Saturday nights was exciting, brace yourself, because next spring the real stars of the show will be appearing in venues across the UK as part of Strictly Come Dancing – The Professionals Tour.
