The laureates of this year’s Benois de la Danse have been announced, with The Royal Ballet’s The Winter’s Tale dominating the prize.
The Ardani 25 Dance Gala, held at the London Coliseum on July 17 and 18, has a starry cast including Natalia Osipova, Edward Watson, Ivan Vasiliev, Marcelo Gomes, Denis Matvienko, Joaquín De Luz and Friedemann Vogel in an evening of new and recent choreography. The gala is presented by Sergei Danilian of Ardani Artists.

Nominations for the 15th National Dance Awards have been announced. The dance section of the Critics’ Circle, a group of more than 50 dance writers and critics, votes on the awards.
Members of The Royal Ballet, including principals Lauren Cuthbertson, Sarah Lamb, Rupert Pennefather and Edward Watson, will be performing in a unique gala on Sunday, February 2, in aid of Ghanaian charity Ashanti Development.
