Dance Power, a gala starring dancers from Strictly Come Dancing to The Royal Ballet, will raise funds for the British Red Cross. Held at London’s Theatre Royal, Drury Lane on October 11, it will be hosted by Strictly’s Anton du Beke, who will perform with his dance partner Erin Boag.

Strictly dancer Anton Du Beke will be among the stars taking to the stage for one night only to raise funds for the British Red Cross.
Ashley Banjo (pictured), leader of dance troupe Diversity, has joined forces with the British Red Cross to launch “Dance: Make Your Move”, a new fundraising competition. Young people aged between four and 18 are urged to choreograph a dance routine inspired by the charity’s work.
Venezuela Viva comes to the London Palladium on October 10, 2011. A company of 25 dancers and ten musicians celebrates the country’s rich culture through flamenco, belly dancing, African percussion, joropo, Caribbean calypso and salsa. Proceeds raised from the event will support the work of the International Fundraising Committee of the British Red Cross.
