Natalia Osipova, the Russian-born principal dancer with The Royal Ballet, is to appear in a triple bill of specially created contemporary works at Sadler’s Wells next summer. The announcement was made at Sadler’s Wells’ annual press conference, where the theatre also revealed its plans for the first half of 2016.
Away from the main stage, the Sadler’s Wells autumn/winter season includes returning favourites such as Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo, plus a Wild Card season and new collaborations in the Lilian Baylis Studio.
The Ardani 25 Dance Gala, held at the London Coliseum on July 17 and 18, has a starry cast including Natalia Osipova, Edward Watson, Ivan Vasiliev, Marcelo Gomes, Denis Matvienko, Joaquín De Luz and Friedemann Vogel in an evening of new and recent choreography. The gala is presented by Sergei Danilian of Ardani Artists.

Ex-Bolshoi superstars Natalia Osipova and Ivan Vasiliev will be reunited at the London Coliseum this August. They will be dancing a programme called Solo for Two, which includes recent works by Arthur Pita and Ohad Naharin.
