See The Trocks live online!

Posted on January 31, 2013

Birmingham Hippodrome is hosting a live broadcast of an open rehearsal by Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo on Friday, February 1. From 4.15pm onwards the theatre will broadcast a live video feed from one of the boxes in the auditorium as “The Trocks” – as they are affectionately known – take to the stage before an invited audience. Viewers are also invited to “join them from the comfort of your office chair, sofa or even on the bus!”

The rehearsal will be a great opportunity to see how a performance comes together, and the broadcast will involve both a ballet class and rehearsal in practice clothes and working lights. A link to the broadcast will appear both on Birmingham Hippodrome’s Twitter feed and Facebook page at the time of broadcast, as well as on their live streaming account, so don’t miss this chance to take a behind-the-scenes look at “The Trocks” as you have never seen them before.
