sergei openerPeter Schaufuss has confirmed that he will no longer pursue damages for breach of contract against Sergei Polunin and Igor Zelensky. Polunin and Zelensky have now settled out of court.

In April 2013, Polunin and Zelensky abruptly left the Peter Schaufuss Ballet’s production of Midnight Express, days before the show opened at the London Coliseum.

Schaufuss said: “I am delighted that this has now come to a close with a settlement out of court. It has been agreed that the content of the settlement is confidential.”
