Arts staff wanted! Arts at The Old Fire Station, Oxford has launched a new project, working in partnership with a new Crisis Skylight Centre for homeless and vulnerably housed people. The project is an opportunity to develop flagship facilities, placing creativity and people at its centre. There are three posts to be filled.
Arts Development Director, full-time, two-year contract, 37 hours pw
Requires a skilled entrepreneurial director, with relevant arts management experience; vision and proven track record in strategic leadership, cultural programming and fundraising.
Administrator, part-time, two-year contract, 30 hours pw,
Responsible for financial and organisational structures, providing support to the Trustee Board, director and clients, with proven office management experience.
Marketing Assistant, part-time or freelance, casual 12 hours pw

Reporting to the Director and responsible for marketing the new facility.
