Main Stage
The Main Stage is back and bigger than ever – three days packed with the most incredible and inspiring performances from exciting UK and international talent. The atmosphere is electric!

Class Programme
The programme offers an incredible line-up of classes covering a wealth of dance styles taught by some of the best teachers in the sector encouraging people to get active, develop their technique or try something new.

The Freestyle Stage
Head to the Freestyle Stage for an epic battle, all styles are welcome from contemporary to krump, tapping to tango. Just turn up, sign up and compete in rounds for the chance to win some amazing prizes.

The Showcase Theatre
The best place to help you choose your next step in performing arts training. See all of the UK’s best colleges and schools showcase their talent. Meet representatives and get your questions answered.

The Roller Rink
Head to the super-fun Roller Rink disco for open skate sessions, dazzling performances and amazing dance classes throughout the day. All levels are welcome!

Free Seminars
Education, inspiration and learning are the main pillars of MOVE IT. This year the show offers a free seminar programme featuring forward-thinking discussions and debates focusing on picking the right training for you, accelerating and making a successful business within the industry.

Shop from around 200 companies on the show floor and see your favourite brands come to life on the show catwalk – the Rhythm Runway. It’s the perfect opportunity to spot the latest dance fashion trends.

After Dark
Hot from their sell-out tour, the Royal Family Crew is flying in from New Zealand to take over MOVE IT After Dark – a special event that runs over the first two evenings of MOVE IT 2019. Brace yourself for a heady mix of electric classes, exhilarating performances.
