children2_by-massimo-chiarradiaPerformances of Is You Me, announced as part of Dance Umbrella, have been cancelled due to illness. Instead, Louise Lecavalier will perform a double bill of duets at The Place on October 25–26.

Nigel Charnock’s Children is a playful take on a couple whose relationship is all fireworks. In A Few Minutes of Lock, Lecavalier – who made her name with Édouard Lock’s company La La La Human Steps – returns to Lock’s extreme style of dance, with excerpts from his works 2 and Salt.
