Students of Laine Theatre Arts work with world class, award winning choreographers and industry professionals which, combined with a thorough and all-encompassing training, means graduates are 100 per cent prepared for employment and the maintaining of a long and fulfilling career.

It now offers four tracks of study. The emphasis of the Diplomas is on the artistic, creative, technical and professional skills that a performer needs to prepare fully for a varied, sustainable and high-level career in performing arts. The BA (Hons) Musical Theatre, validated by the University for the Creative Arts, is a unique one-year post Level 5 Diploma top up honours degree. This course has been created to enable artistic, talented and committed artists to achieve an undergraduate degree in one year. The Foundation Course is an intensive 28 week course designed for students 16 plus and we have a 100 per cent success rate of placement into vocational colleges.

Laine alumni work across the world and include Ruthie Henshall, Louise Dearman, Kerry Ellis, Summer Strallen, Timmy Matley and Victoria Beckham. Former students currently in starring or leading roles include: Matt Croke (Aladdin), Charlie Stemp (Half a Sixpence), Lucy St Louis (Motown The Musical), Caroline Deverill (Mamma Mia), Callum Francis (Australian Kinky Boots), Dan Burton and Lauren Stroud (Top Hat), Sarah Hadland (The Norman Conquests) and Amy Ellen Richardson (Beautiful).
