web-joanna-and-michaelAfter 15 years at the London Lancaster Hotel, the annual dinner dance of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), which will take place next year on March 18, 2012, moves to a new venue, the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel.

The event celebrates the achievements of the ISTD teachers, and includes dinner, an awards ceremony, musical entertainment, dancing and cabaret, which, in 2012, will be performed by World Professional Latin Champions, Michael Malitowski and Joanna Leunis (pictured).

The Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel is located close to Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube stations. It has recently undergone a multi-million pound renovation and the dinner dance event will be held in its Westminster Ballroom, one of the largest pillar-free venues in London, with seating for up to 550 guests.
