On Saturday, April 30, students from Trinity Laban will present four new works as part of the world premiere of Marathon. Part of the Greenwich International String Quartet Festival, the project teams student dancers and choreographers with composition students and string players in a close collaboration.
The premiere will be held at the National Maritime Museum, close to the start of the London Marathon route in the Borough of Greenwich. The four new works all explore themes linked to the marathon. The performance starts at 2.30pm in the Upper Deck of the National Maritime Museum. Admission is free.
