International street dance sensation Blaze returns to the Peacock Theatre from February 18 to March 8 after its explosive world premiere in 2010.
Featuring some of the world’s best b-boys and street dancers, Blaze mixes nightclub vibes with West End production values creating a high-energy show of non-stop dance.
Directed by West End director and choreographer Anthony Van Laast (Mamma Mia!, Sister Act) and set designs by ES Devlin (Pet Shop Boys, London 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony), the show reunites a creative team that has experience of working with top performers, including the Rolling Stones, Jay Z, Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé.
The production brings together several choreographers including Mike Song, Kenny Wormald and Lyle Beniga. It also includes a cast of talented dancers featuring BirdGang Dance Company member Ivan Blackstock and Kloe Dean of Boy Blue Entertainment.
With music by Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Kanye West, David Guetta and Snoop Dogg, Blaze takes the athleticism of street dance and combines it with high production values, resulting in a show that’s suitable for the whole family.
Tickets range from £12 to £38 and are available from www.sadlerswells.com or call 0844 4124322.
