WIN! Signed copies of The Ballet Lover’s Companion
Published by Yale University Press this month is Zoë Anderson’s latest book, The Ballet Lover’s Companion. Focusing on 140 ballets that form the core of the international repertoire, Anderson takes the reader on a journey through the history of ballet, from its earliest times at the aristocratic courts of renaissance Italy and France to the Romantic era and then on to the emergence of the Ballets Russes and the masters of 20th-century dance. Her concluding chapter brings us right up to date with the choreographers of today, including Alexei Ratmansky and Christopher Wheeldon.
We have three signed copies of the new paperback to give away as competition prizes. To enter, send your answer by email to competitions@dancing-times.co.uk.
