web-avant-smalldsc_2093zChristmas has come a week early at Avant Garde Dance. To introduce the new Avant Garde Dance weekly class, tonight’s class, on December 18, will be free.

Each class will be taught by senior members of Avant Garde Dance, who have danced for artists and shows such as Janet Jackson, Kelly Rowland, Usher, Cheryl Cole, the Sugababes, Basement Jaxx, Whitney Houston, Jojo, Ashanti, Leona Lewis, Alesha Dixon, Daddy Cool, Into The Hoods and on the Brit Awards, The X Factor, MOBOs, MTV EMA and many more.

The class will explore musicality and freestyle, as well as choreography. Avant Garde Dance says: “As a company we love to help dancers grow and become confident in their own movement vocabulary, as well as learning our unique company style. Class is also an opportunity to be noticed by company director Tony Adigun for future projects with Avant Garde Dance Company.”

The class will take place from 8pm to 10pm at ELISE Centre, 24–30 Dalston Lane, London E8 3AZ.

From January 2013 onwards Avant Garde Dance’s general-level class will run weekly every Tuesday, priced at £6.
