Australian choreographer Shaun Parker makes his UK debut with a national tour of Happy as Larry (pictured), in which nine performers investigate what makes us happy. Opening on September 16, the show visits Oxford, Northampton, Nottingham, Truro, Poole, Coventry, Brighton, London, Salford and Newcastle.

Sadler’s Wells has announced its autumn season for 2011. The programme is dominated by a new Out of Asia strand, with artists and themes from China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Japan and Taiwan.
