Each of the girls has a dream to fulfil – Pauline longs to be an actress, Petrova yearns to be an aviator, and Posy dreams of becoming a ballerina. But when “Gum” disappears, the money runs out and the feisty, ambitious and devoted Fossils find they must fight to survive. With a cast that also includes Richard Griffiths, Emilia Fox, Victoria Wood, Eileen Atkins and Adrian Lester, “Ballet Shoes” offers the best in family entertainment.
